Heavy, thick pile, classic vintage 1970’s Beni Ouarain rug with beautifully organic diamond shapes. It is largely undertsood that the Berber tribes utilise the diamonds in their weavings as a sign of protection, to ward off the evil eye and keep their home and inhabitants safe from harm.

This is a really fabulous piece and its size very popular (though often hard to source!) to sit well in more contemporary sized rooms. Perfect for those who love simple tribal designs and a mid century aesthetic.
