DELIVERY RATES

We offer flat rate shipping charges for the UK and Europe:

  • UK (Mainland only) — £12.95 flat rate

  • Europe* — £35.00 flat rate

Shipping charges for ROW vary greatly depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Shipping quotes can be provided on request:

  • USA & Canada – contact us for a quote

  • United Arab Emirates – contact us for a quote

  • Australia & New Zealand – contact us for a quote

UK DELIVERY

All items are available for free local pick up from London SW13. Otherwise, purchased goods will be sent using a courier service. We will email you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Times

We cannot be responsible for items during transit once they leave our premises and, although we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days (UK Mainland only), delivery may take up to 7 business days according to the schedule of the elected courier service. International orders typically are delivered within 5 to 7 days but may take up to 20 business days. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements. If the parcel has not reached you in this time, please email info@beldirugs.com providing us with your original tracking number.

Please make sure you send us a valid mailing address and a valid local telephone number for the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details.

EU DELIVERY

Due to the new Brexit regulations for exporting goods to Europe, all EU orders are now subject to local custom levies. The buyer is liable for these costs and they are in addition to shipping rates – please only order if you are happy to pay these. When you buy from us we will notify you of the courier and provide tracking information. The carrier will contact you once the goods have been processed at the local customs destination with fees to pay and provide relevant instructions prior to final delivery. Beldi Rugs has no control over the rates or costs due.

EU & ROW Delivery Times

Depending on the individual order and customs processing times, orders can take 2-10 business days to reach the recipient. Each order is a little different depending on the size and weight of the goods. We always select the quickest delivery option and provide full tracking information. Please make sure you send us a valid mailing address and a valid local telephone number for the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details.

Important Information

The courier company will typically only make 2 delivery attempts and then the parcel will be returned. If you are out when they attempt to deliver, they will leave a calling card, please contact them as soon as possible to arrange delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us, the original postage cost will not be refunded and you will incur an additional delivery fee (cost price + £50 admin charge), this will be due prior to us arranging a new delivery.
