EXCHANGES

Beldi Rugs specialises in vintage rugs. These pieces (unless stated otherwise) are not new and will, therefore, show signs of use and wear commensurate with their age. We have provided accurate descriptions and imagery on individual pieces in our online store and we can provide additional photos and condition descriptions for each item upon request if you are unsure or would like further information.

If you are still not happy with your purchase, exchanges are welcome within 7 days (you will be liable for all shipping costs), please submit your exchange request by email.

All delivery and packaging costs are non-refundable and return shipping must be arranged at the buyer’s own cost and convenience.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your purchase, refunds are accepted within 7 days (you will be liable for all shipping and handling costs)

  • Please submit your refund request by email. Upon our written acceptance of your returns request, we must receive returned goods within 7 days for a refund. If you do not return the goods within this time, we reserve the right to withdraw the refund and will issue you with a credit note instead.

  • All delivery and packaging costs are non-refundable and return shipping must be arranged at the buyer’s own cost and convenience.

  • Returned goods must be sent back in the same condition they were sent out – clean, mark-free (unless we have specified any age-related marks in the product description) and unused.

  • Refunds will be issued — LESS the cost of shipping — within 48 hours receipt of the unwanted items. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been made.

  • If an item is returned to us that has been used or marked beyond its original saleable condition, we reserve the right to refund you less the amount of cleaning or repair, if applicable. In such instances, we shall notify you in writing with the associated costs and confirmation of the refund amount.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to credit your account if you have paid by card via our online store. Trade clients that have paid via BACS, we aim to process all refunds within 3 business days.
