Beldi Rugs® and its affiliates provide access to the beldirugs.com website and sell our products to you subject to the terms and conditions set out on this page. beldirugs.com is an online trading name for Beldi Rugs Ltd. By using the Beldi Rugs® Website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions:
Beldi Rugs® specialises in vintage rugs. Items are all handpicked and available to purchase online. Personal rug sourcing is also available directly through us from Morocco. Please understand, computer screens are not always in accurate representation of colour and texture, the actual rug may slightly differ from what you see on your screen. We do our utmost to ensure product photography and descriptions are as accurate as physically possible.
All items on sale unless otherwise stated are not new and may, therefore, show signs of use and wear commensurate with age. We can provide additional photos and condition descriptions for each item on request.
SHOWROOM APPOINTMENTS & CONTACT
All of our rugs are available to view in our North West London Showroom (by appointment only). In some instances, we may be able arrange for a viewing in your own home or work premises. Please contact us to arrange a viewing prior to purchase.

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE
If you wish to purchase an item on the website, simply navigate to your cart and click the “checkout” button within the cart area of the website. Simply complete your details and card information where prompted. We do not store your card details or share personal information with any 3rd parties. Payment processing is secure and hosted by Stripe (read more about their safeguarding policies and your security online).
We also accept bank transfers or cash on collection, message us through the contact page with your name and contact details, as well as any information regarding delivery if you require it, and we will send you an invoice and our bank details.
Please note: all payments must clear before an item can be dispatched and that prices listed do not include delivery. Delivery charges carry an additional charge - online customers can see our shipping rates which will be added at checkout. For international buyers that cannot purchase direct through the website at this stage, we will send a separate invoice calculated on weight and distance.
Our rugs are available to hire, discover more here or, alternatively, contact us for details. The charge for this is 20% of the total price of the rug, per week. We require payment for the total price of the rug upfront as a deposit, which is returned once the rug is returned to us.
The rug needs to be returned in the same condition as it was hired out. If it is returned dirty, the fee for cleaning is £15 per square metre, which will be educated from your deposit.
All items are available for free local pick up from London NW10. Otherwise purchased goods will be sent using a courier service. We will email you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
We cannot be responsible for items during transit once they leave our premises and, although we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days (UK Mainland only), delivery may take up to 7 business days according to the schedule of the elected courier service. International orders typically are delivered within 5 to 7 days but may take up to 20 business days. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements. If the parcel has not reached you in this time, please email email@example.com providing us with your original tracking number.
Please make sure you send us a valid mailing address and a valid local telephone number for the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We strongly advise requesting a condition description or arranging a viewing before purchase if you are unsure. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, exchanges are welcome within 7 days (you will be liable for all shipping costs). Refunds are accepted within 14 days. All delivery and packaging costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be arranged at the buyer’s own cost and convenience.
OVERSEAS BUYERS & INTERNATIONAL ONLINE ORDERS
For international online orders*, we currently ship to the following countries*: Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Austria, Belgium, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China & Hong Kong.
All other overseas buyers are welcome, though it is strongly advised to get in touch and arrange a shipping quote before purchase.
* Not all of the products featured on this website are available to international buyers (largely due to the sheer size, weight and value of our Beni Ouarain rugs and the more rare or larger vintage pieces). We are happy to arrange international shipping but please contact us to arrange a shipping quote prior to placing an order online.
