Shipping Information

All items are available for free local pick up from London NW10. Otherwise purchased goods will be sent using a courier service. We will email you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

We offer flat rate shipping charges:

UK (Mainland only) — £9.95 flat rate
Europe* — £18.95 flat rate
USA, Canada – £25.00 flat rate
United Arab Emirates – £30.00 flat rate
China, Hong Kong, Japan – £55.00 flat rate
Australia, New Zealand – £60.00 flat rate

Orders over £600 are FREE for UK Mainland only. Discount is automatically applied at checkout.


* European shipping destinations include: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, Vatican City State (Holy See).


We cannot be responsible for items during transit once they leave our premises and, although we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days (UK Mainland only), delivery may take up to 7 business days according to the schedule of the elected courier service. International orders typically are delivered within 5 to 7 days but may take up to 20 business days. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements. If the parcel has not reached you in this time, please email providing us with your original tracking number.

Please make sure you send us a valid mailing address and a valid local telephone number for the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details.

Important information: The courier company will only make 2 delivery attempts and then the parcel will be returned so if you are out, they will leave a card, please contact them as soon as possible. Otherwise, if the parcel is returned to us, the original postage cost cannot be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items.


Beldi Rugs® specialises in vintage rugs. These pieces (unless stated otherwise) are not new and may, therefore, show signs of use and wear commensurate with age. We have provided accurate descriptions and imagery on individual pieces in the store but we can provide additional photos and condition descriptions for each item upon request if you are unsure.

If you are still not happy with your purchase, exchanges are welcome within 7 days (you will be liable for all shipping costs), please submit your exchange request by email.

All delivery and packaging costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be arranged at the buyer’s own cost and convenience.


If you are not happy with your purchase, refunds are accepted within 7 days (you will be liable for all shipping costs), please submit your refund request by email. Upon our written acceptance of your returns request, we must receive returned goods* within 7 days for a refund. If you do not return the goods within this time, we reserve the right to withdraw the refund and will issue you with a credit note instead.

* Returned items must be sent back in the same condition it was sent out – clean, mark-free (unless we have specified any age-related marks in the product description) and unused. Refunds will be issued less the cost of shipping, within 48 hours receipt of the unwanted items. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been made.

If an item is returned to us that has been used or marked beyond its original saleable condition, we reserve the right to refund you less the amount of cleaning or repair, if applicable. In such instances, we shall notify you in writing with the associated costs and confirmation of the refund amount.

Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to credit your account.
